If you are sitting there thinking your options are no good this election, and you might sit it out or vote for candidates with no chance of winning, consider this instead. Vote for whoever is most likely to beat the entrenched administration in your state. For example, here in Texas, the GOP has had a lock on the state for about 30 years now. I will not go into how much better things were here before; instead, let’s look at how nervous the GOP has become over polls, showing they might lose a race here even though the races have always been fairly close. Imagine if many incumbents got voted out, making Texas a swing state. Now imagine that nationwide, and what 2028 would look like with the parties worried about EVERY state.
