They’re now handing some packages off to Roadie. Roadie is UPS’s version of gig drivers, with no option to tip. They just left my PetSmart order at an unfamiliar house. When I called Roadie, they told me to have PetSmart reship it, since it was delivered over 30 minutes ago. PetSmart was helpful, but during the time I spent on the phone sorting this out, I could’ve driven there, bought the cat food, and come back.

Before you ask, I ordered online mainly because I didn’t want to make a special trip to take advantage of a sale. I chose shipping instead of delivery because of issues with gig drivers damaging or losing packages. Plus, UPS trucks pass by often, so it should be less wasteful.
